HIRING / TRAINING OF OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES
ADL Consulting Services, has a program to teach owners and employees everything they need to know to own and operate a new or existing coin laundry. This is done on site and covers all aspects of the business as it concerns owners, and employees. This can include:
- Hiring
- Training new or existing employees
- Accounting paperwork
- Budgets
- Taking care of customer problems
- Marketing
- Vendor issue
Our interview questions are designed to detect problem employees before you hire them. Also, our interview procedures are designed to help prevent you from inadvertently discriminating against applicants
These are ongoing services that are customized to fit the owners needs.
Many coin laundry owners are absentee. They are involved in other businesses or professions. These other responsibilities do not allow the owner to be present in the business all day long. In that case, we teach the employee how to operate your business in an environment where there is more accountability required by the owner. This can including reports, as well as being able to handle many of the more mundane daily issues on their own.
