CONSTRUCTION
Building a coin laundry is not like building a shoe store or a retail clothes store. It is one of the most technical retail construction projects to build.
Coin laundries are very intense consumers of electricity, water, sewer, and gas. Between 400 and 800 amps of electrical service are required depending on your equipment, concrete floors need to be cut to accept sewer and water pipes, gas lines need to be fed to your dryers and water heaters, and all services must be brought into bulkheads behind your equipment. Stress supported concrete pads need to be poured, proper venting for dryers and water heaters need to be constructed, counters, service areas, storage and office areas need to be built. Equipment deliveries need to be scheduled to your construction schedule.
